Fox Launches Bigfoot Expedition
Well, the bigfoot video aired on Fox-TV's A Current Affair last evening, and this latest glimpse of the cryptid is already creating a tremendous buzz, as evidenced by this promise offered by host Tim Green:
Today, we'd like to announce our official search for Bigfoot. Our special team is already heading into the woods of Manitoba in search of sasquatch. We will be getting daily reports from the hunt starting tomorrow (today).

Bigfoot, like Sean Penn, seems to have a knack for getting P.R., although, clearly, neither desires to be photographed.

Whenever I hear about some recent sighting, or as in this case, new video footage, I become a kid again. I get SO excited.
I should know better than to believe that definitive evidence of bigfoot's existence would ever be world premiered on a show like "A Current Affair." If the footage had been more compelling, it would have made it onto mainstream media like CNN or Fox News.
Instead, it gets wedged between a segment on some mass murderer's fiance and a segment on strippers.
Go figure - it's the beginning of the May sweeps ratings period.
Still, my fellow believers, do not be dismayed.
We know that bigfoot exists -- he's just savvy enough to avoid capture of any kind (literal or figurative).
As a matter of self-preservation, he doesn't stick around to be interviewed, and rightly so, can you just imagine what would happen if these pseudo-news-people actually did find and capture a creature? It would be a frenzy!
Can you just imagine how long bigfoot would be able to survive once the media had actual confirmation that these creatures do exist?
That would be the end of the creatures.
I, for one, wouldn't want anything to happen to the creatures.
Believe!!!
